Separate by design
Each organisation's data is kept separate. The organisation comes from the signed-in session, never from a request, and every project check is repeated on every request. Automated tests try to reach one organisation's records as another on every change.
Encrypted personal details
Buyer, tenant and family names, emails, phones, notes and messages are encrypted in the database. Your own keys and tokens are kept in an encrypted vault.
Roles from your team list
What a person can do comes from their membership, checked on every request. Staff single sign-on with Microsoft, Google, Okta or any OIDC provider.
We never hold client money
Deposits go through your own Stripe account, confirmed only by Stripe's signed message. You are the merchant of record.
Consent first
Buyers browse anonymously. Analytics wait for consent where your project asks first. Every message carries an opt-out.
A person sends
AI drafts; a person sends. OneAxis never contacts a buyer on its own, and the only automatic messages are ones the buyer asked for.
Where AI may process data
Any approved provider, Australia only, or your own servers. Names and contact details are masked before a cloud model sees them.
Your data is yours
A full export of your organisation's records, activity and files, any time. Inactive leads lose their contact details after 24 months.
